T faculty who wish to see the Administration engage more<BR>constructively with
UTFA about the current bargaining proposals. The<BR>letter is addressed to the
tone and manner of recent communications<BR>with and about UTFA, rather than to
the substance of the proposals,<BR>which is subject to an iterative and ongoing
process. The letter is<BR>urging serious and respectful engagement through a
fair and responsive<BR>negotiating process, and expressing our support for
UTFA's role as the<BR>only real collective voice of faculty and librarians at U
of T, given<BR>the unicameral nature of our governance structure. Please sign
