It is vital to have as many people out as possible to send a strong message about the government’s manufactured crisis in education and its attack on bargaining rights.

Stand with Educators on Tuesday August 28.

The Ontario government is about to enact legislation that will take away the collective bargaining rights of teachers and other education professionals, and set a dangerous precedent for other Ontario workers.


On Tuesday August 28th, come to Queen’s Park to stand up for bargaining rights, public education, and democracy.  Join educators and other public sector workers in taking the government to task for manufacturing a crisis in education and attempting to impose unfair and unprecedented legislation.


We all face an important question. What do we want for our children? What is the greatest impact we can have on ensuring bright futures for all – futures that respect our rights and freedoms, including the right to good jobs and working conditions? We want to create healthy, constructive learning environments. Only by having real negotiations that address the needs of our educators and our classrooms can this happen.


Stand with educators on August 28. Education is our future.
