Greetings,
By Tuesday, Jan. 14th, we will be out of this deep freeze, so come to our meeting and hear Prof. Don Kirk's presentation on "The World of Waste - an Engineering Approach"
He is a Prof. of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry, U of T, as well as being a Professional Engineer, Toronto. Don will explore the technical and political issues involving waste management and compare them to European strategies. He will discuss Steam Reformation Technology that could convert waste into an environmentally friendly product.
We meet as usual in Room 408, Physics Bldg., at 7:30, and I hope to see you then.
