Greetings,
Our next meeting is Tues., April 8, at 7:30 P.M., in Room 408, Physics Bldg., U of T. The speaker will be Viacheslav Burenkov, who earned a MSci Physics degree at Imperial College, London and should graduate in a few months with a PhD in Quantum Physics at U of T.
His subject is "Quantum Cryptology, or How Quantum Physics can keep your Secrets Secret". He will explain how Quantum Physics can be used to transmit messages with unbreakable security.
Let's have a strong turnout for what promises to be a very entertaining evening.
